Service Contracts and TAM
Since becoming involved in the EPM world, our clients have told us that one of their
constant challenges has been how to ensure the availability and reliability of their
EPM environments. Their existing IT support contracts have provided them with teams of
dedicated IT expertise on call. Software vendors have provided them with maintenance
& support contracts. Functional consulting firms have provided them with the

Our Technical Application Management Services (TAM for short) bridge the Techniacl/Functional gap, extending our Service Contracts with full operational support for our clients.
