Service Contracts and TAM

Since becoming involved in the EPM world, our clients have told us that one of their constant challenges has been how to ensure the availability and reliability of their EPM environments. Their existing IT support contracts have provided them with teams of dedicated IT expertise on call. Software vendors have provided them with maintenance & support contracts. Functional consulting firms have provided them with the necessary expertise to design, build and maintain their applications. But when the inevitable occurs, and a problem surfaces, what they miss is the desire to take ownership of the issue and the ability to discern where the problem comes from…and if you can’t find out where it comes from, you can’t fix it.

Our unique position in the market (combining technical and functional skills) means that while we may not be able to provide you with a team of network specialists, sell you a product suite or build an application to match your business process, we can, very quickly, find out what’s wrong with your environment and fix it, or failing that, tell the right party (in terms they can understand) what they need to know to be able to fix it for you.

Our Technical Application Management Services (TAM for short) bridge the Techniacl/Functional gap, extending our Service Contracts with full operational support for our clients.
