For one of our most prestigious customers, Infratects
is seeking to recruit a Technical Application Manager.
After having followed a (±half year) Training Program at Infratects and Customer,
the successful applicant will have the role of supporting the worldwide Business
Performance Management (BPM) IT Operations at this Customer.
As this is a key role, in a sensitive area of BPM
and Finance, it requires a process driven person.
From a Technical Application Manager we expect
the following contributions:
1.
Process Management:
□
Provides expert
advice to internal customers and partners; manages and executes all necessary
activities independently and ensures that adequate documentation is made.
□
Responsible for
process management regarding all BPM related IT-processes
□
Communicates
and actively maintains relationships with all involved parties (internal)
customers, especially Hyperion users (HCC: Hyperion Competence Centre), IT-Data
Centre, Infratects, Oracle-Hyperion, by keeping them updated on issues or
status of incidents
2.
Operations:
□
Acts as 2nd
line technical support for all Hyperion (=BPM application) requests, solving
all relevant incidents/requests or escalating these issues to 3rd
line technical support
□
Trouble-shooter
for Hyperion environment
□
Intermediate
between 1st line IT-operations (Service & support) and
Hyperion users (HCC) to 3rd parties (3rd line
support and Hardware/Software vendors)
□
Register all
incidents in the Service desk Software tool: TOPdesk
□
Day to day
communication (as “expert beacon”)
3.
Expertise:
□
IT Infrastructure
professional with excellent Windows, Systems & Networking knowledge
□
Will need to
build-up and maintain expertise of BPM applications
□
Will need to
maintain knowledge and update necessary certifications
For this position we are looking for candidates
who have:
A. At least HBO level of education, complemented
with relevant ICT related training and education.
B. At least 4 years of IT
Infrastructure experience, preferably as a Technical Engineer, Senior
Systems Manager or Technical Consultant
C. Proven track record in
troubleshooting and/or process management.
D.
Knowledge of complex environments, various databases and web
technologies, such as SQL, IIS, BEA Web Logic
E. MCSE certified in Windows 2000 or Windows 2003
F.
Knowledge of BPM software, such as Oracle-Hyperion
would be an advantage
G.
Knowledge of Unisys Server environments would be
an advantage
