About Us
An Introduction...
Infratects was established in 2000. Initially the focus of Infratects was simply to provide high-quality IT infrastructure services without any specific product focus although we had significant Microsoft and E-Mail experience in-house. Our role in the “Hyperion” world as it was then was to effectively provide our Partners with a means of ensuring that large-scale projects for Enterprise, Essbase, Analyzer & Reports went smoothly, with Infratects sizing and installing the environments and working on security and connectivity issues with internal IT departments at clients.
As the Hyperion market grew and the software matured, the client base changed in how the environments were used, with more complex environments and projects. Infratects role in the lifecycle of the EPM environments changed from simply designing, installing and troubleshooting to providing ongoing technical support, quality assurance, performance tuning and “out-of-the-box” environments to be used for developing, testing and even hosting production environments.
Our growth and relationship with our clients and partners in the EPM marketplace has lead us to work exclusively in this area, with a very strong focus on the Oracle|Hyperion suite and a team of experienced Technical consultants who are working continuously to service them.
New Developments
In 2008 we have taken steps to broaden our service offering and increase our regional partnerships with functional partners based in NL, BE, DE, CH, DK, UK, FR and also in AU. We have made significant investments in our own infrastructure (Datacenter Capacity, Universal Messaging, Service Desk Tooling, New Offices) and our staffing – increasing both our consulting capacity and certification level and back-office operation in order to further professionalize and expand our service offering. Our expansion to APAC is a key part of this, allowing us to provide follow-the-sun support for our EMEA clients as well as bringing our products and services to a new (for us) marketplace.
Summary of existing offerings
Our existing offerings are split into two categories, “Consultancy” and “Products & Services”. These offerings are currently being delivered to over 150 clients spilt over 15 countries mainly in the EMEA and APAC space with a few North American clients.
